There’s a reason why it’s so cheap I just received this today and basically have it return it because it basically has subpar optical performance; here are my thoughts:a: Pros: it is a nice looking lens and I do love the integrated case design; I especially like the screw in designb: Pros: the price is super nice.c: Cons: although it’s a nice looking lens and well constructed, the actual optical performance is unacceptable. As some others have noted, the corner softness is just bad. Yes, very wide angle lens will have corner softness but it’s all matter of degree. I’m going to assume that most semi-serious photographers will find the level of corner softness in this unacceptable. I mean, if the corners are so soft that you would end up cropping that out (i.e. decreasing the overall field of view), then what’s the point of actually utilizing a “wide angle” lens. The other thing is that with all of the lens, the level / amount of vignetting will increase / decrease based on…
